Today Wade is the full time equine instructor at Treasure Valley Community College (TVCC) in Ontario, OR. Although Wade no longer trains horses for the public, he sees the need for an industry quality standard when setting the foundation on a horse, and the demand for qualified people to instill this foundation. Wade offers a certification through TFTC to students graduating from TVCC who meet the industry quality standards he set for himself in managing his own business. Students who earn this certificate will be students Wade feels are able to carry on TFTC’s strict quality standards and pass on Training Quality Assurance to their customers.
